I applied for a job with the FBI how long should I expect to wait to hear from them?

Answer:
I applied to them as well, and they should have told you the specifics.

They will consider your application over the next six months, and IF, and only IF you are qualified, they will do a complete investigation, including speaking to friends, relatives, neighbors, employers, etc. about you.

If they don't contact you within a YEAR, reapply.

Good luck, and I hope you have no dirty little secrets!
