I'm unemployed and desperate. Can you help me?.?

I have university degrees but i find it hard to find my way .

Answer:
Try to figure out why you are not getting the job. If you have sent the resume out and no response, maybe your resume is the problem or maybe your field of discipline is the problem. Spend $100 or more to get your resume critiqued and rewritten by a professional. (There are many resume writers. Choose the one that fit your field the most). If you have an unmarketable degree, a good resume writer can downplay that and add more attractive things.
If you are not finding a job that you can apply for, maybe you are being too picky. Broaden your field. Sometimes you need to get your foot into a good company before you can expect salary that match your expectation.
Statistically, more resume you put out, the more response you get out. Make it your full time effort. Networking also helps. Good luck.

Jobs aren't going to find you. You have to look for them. Check the newspapers. Go to businesses where you want a job and explain what you can do. You have to get out there and find what you are looking for and what you got a degree in. You may have to accept a different type of work until you can find something better. But hey, it's a start.
well , im an undergraduate and i am working as a Cutomer Service Rep. and i am earning pretty ok. so well it depends on what your skills are too. Only degrees wont get u anywhere if u cant supplement it with a good personality and the right attitude.
I wish you best of luck and hope you really get a good job,to keep trying is the key to success , believe me!
Monster , Yahoo Hotjobs, Careerbuilder are some of the largest job boards, where you can apply for jobs and upload your resume. Since Craigslist, allows free job postings, many smaller companies post their vacancies on this online classifieds website. You can also search for jobs from multiple websites using aggregators like SimplyHired and Indeed. Referrals are also becoming a increasingly popular way to get hired.

Network. Get tomeet people from the agencies you're interested in. And apply, apply, apply. Send your resumes via fax, e-mails, not only in the mail.

Once I heard someone tell me that it takes about 6 months to find a job, and that is in a good market.
look at monster.com, hotjobs.com etc. sign up at all the temp agencies in your area. While you may not want to be a temp, more and more companies are using temp services to screen their hires. This way, the first 90 days is a trial period and the company is not out a lot of the employee does not work out. If you want a good job, you have to be out there pounding the pavement daily.
It is kind of a shame but until you can find something in your field.

Remove some items off your education. This way you will not be over qualified for the position. Atleast on paper. Remember not to talk about the education you removed.
Until u get the job, go for this http://www.cashcrate.com/index.php?ref=8.

This will atleast pay u to look after ur daily needs, and no joining fees for it..
I think a lot of money can be made on the Internet.

For example, I answered surveys on CashCrate and filled out some free offers and received a real check from them. For example, I signed up for E-bay and made a bid and got paid $8.00. And there are no fees to join. It is totally free.

This may not sound like much, but for every person you refer, you get 20% of what they earn. And for every person that one of your referrals refer to CashCrate, you get 10%. It may take some time to build up the number of referrals necessary to make a lot of money, but in time--this could be a great source of income--making money while other people are in a sense, working for you.
