What is the best way to become a career coach?

Is it best to become certified? Or can one work for a coach, then branch out on their own? The amount of certification courses (and the fees) are confusing.

Answer:
If you cannot afford the tuition, which I know is outrageously priced. My advise is for you to work for a education instituition, preferably as an Human Resources Assistant, where you can obtain professional experience and employee coaching.

As an employee Tuition is usally available for free and you can become certified.
You have to a certified coach that's the only way.!
