I'm a Singaporean. Should I stay or go if I'm offered to work in Australia as a quality professional?

Answer:
bear in mind Australia income tax & medical cost are higher than SG when u compare salary.

if I'm you, I would go. No harm to going for a few years. If I like it, then stay longer, else come back.

The "overseas exposure" would be good on the resume and experience is definitely worthwhile.
There is no way one can answer this question for you.

Your decision would depend on many factors known only to you, such as your current position and status in Singapore, what your interests in life are, what are your professional goals, your family,
and so on.
Go! Don't let this experience pass. To immerse yourself in another culture, to broaden your views on humanity, to learn to see things from a different angle. What can be more rewarding? If you like it, you can stay there. It you don't, leave, with a another item added to your resume.
Go go go just go dont think. Think once you will be in Australia. You might be able to think better then.
