Is it the nurse that cleans up the dead bodies at a hospital or a janitor?

Answer:
It is the nurse. When a patient dies, all the moniters and lines are pulled and the body is washed and the Pt is put in a position "looking like sleep". Then the family can view prior to either going to the "morgue" or having the funeral home come and retrieve the body.
postmortem care is done by the nurse and aides.
