I am thinking about going back to school- but I have no idea what I want to do as a career?

Think of what things you would love doing, even if nobody paid you for them -- you would do it just because that's what you enjoy. Then try to match those up to career fields/areas of study.
Trust me, working for a living is lot easier when it's doing something you love. :-)

Anything in the medical field. There will always be a big big demand for anything in the medical field. The demand gets greater every day. If you have a degree in any type medical you will always be able to find a good job. Anything from surgery,nursing,medical billing,OR (operating room) tech to medical assistant will always be in great demand.
