How much money does an editor make, as in the ones that edit storys like children, teens, novel?

They make from $300 dollars to $3000 per book, or even more. It's according to how large the manuscript is. Some large Company Editors who are full time salaried employees or part owners make well over 250,000 per year, but that's a hard position to come by. Some news paper editor make in excess of 1 million a year.
