Anyone else have a boss that sucks?

My boss frequently makes rude, smartas$ remarks to everyone at the company, critcises everyone for everything (and will even make stuff up if he can't find anything else to nitpick about).he makes racist and sexist comments about employees to their face, and about clients behind their backs. Everyone is told at least once a week that we are replacable. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have had such a boss.

Anyone else deal with this? I am sure this happens everywhere (to varying degrees), but does anyone else deal with a boss this bad? or Worst? Details appreciated.

Not now but I used to. I worked as a cashier and the manager was a total A-hole. When me and my husband were trying to have a baby, I told him I wasn't going to lift anything heavy when we had to unload our supply truck, and he told me I would just have to take sick leave if I didn't. I told him I would see him in court for discrimination. It didn't actually go that far, but I hold a grudge and was pissed at him for 2 or 3 weeks. He got mad at me one day for giving out ten dollar bills in change when someone paid with a hundred so I told him f you and left. Other than that though I would just tell him to kiss my a** and go on with my business. lol
To be qualified for the boss position you have to suck first
Yes my boss sucks but not that bad. There is NO WAY I would put up with that crap. I know sometimes you have to bite your tongue and just deal with some stuff,but I would NEVER deal with that! As for me, I know I do a good job and I make it known that it is harder to keep me than to get rid of me. I have been at my job for 8 yrs, but I will walk in a minute if it gets to bad!
I did a long time ago..Believe me, the first time he got nasty with me, it was the last time. I let him have it and I didn't care who heard me..nor did I care if he let me go.
No job is worth dealing with abusive behavior.
I have 4 bosses, unfortunately. One of them is constantly hitting on me when no one is around. He makes sexual comments just to make me uncomfortable. When he isn't in the main office, he will call me 3-4 times a day just to see what is going on (even if he is at home). The other boss (a woman) loves to look over my shoulder, ask what I am doing, snoop around my desk, read my messages, etc. etc. Any creative ways to get them to back off? Besides quitting? haha.
