What's the difference between Head Hunter and Temp or Employment Agencies?

Answer:
Head Hunters usually work with more senior employees and there is usually an upfront fee to be paid. They actively go out and market you and help you in your job search.

Temp agencies just put out bodies to fill jobs as they come in and employment agencies are paid by the companies to find qualified applicants and to do some limited form of screening on them. Depending on what you are searching for will determine what you use.

Good luck.
A head hunter will approach you to fill a position that they think you are qualified for. You will have to approach the temp agency for a job they think you are qualfied for.
