Can anyone help me find an online job that is not a scam?
There are lots of Job offerings online (typist and data-entry encoder) but most of them requires some fee to be able to join. I am scared that they are scams. I cannot afford to loose the little money that we have.

Your twins should be in Pre-K. They need the social skills and structured environment. Then you can apply to the school system for a job (paraprofessional, cafeteria, office). This will allow you to be off when the kids are. And the pay is usually pretty good. Any "Job" that requires money from you is a scam. There are very few online jobs that are legitimate. There are a few professions you could try that allow you to do most of the work from home, but they all require some training, for which you could probably find grants or scholarships.
And if you want to be a good partner and help your husband, find ways to lessen your expenses. Find ways to cut some fat out of the food budget. Make sure the TV's are used less during the day.
Try to schedule your errands so you do less running around to save on gas. There are many ways to budget to help take the pressure off of the primary breadwinner. (Hopefully you already shop for clothes at Thrift Stores and yard sales. Kids at age 4 don't need designer clothes. They outgrow them too fast.)

Well I tried a lotta surveys and other stuff but they pay really, really little which isn't worth your time. Other then selling stuff on Ebay, doing some serious affiliate marketing , or setting up a really popular website.. its tough to make money online.
You could try image hosting though. You can upload any pictures you have on the net and share it with people. Anytime anyone sees a picture, you'll get paid. The more people see, the more you get paid. The figure isn't huge but it's an easy to make some money when you share images a lot. You could show these pictures on Ebay, Myspace, your blog, forums or with friends and family..
I've tried it. It sorta works. Slow money at first but I guess it
snowballs after some time when the pictures are up on the net for a period of time. Or if you work hard at it. I've had a lot of experience over the past 3 years with this subject. I went through litereally 50+ different companies on the interent trying to make money while I was in college. There's sooo much crap out there and companies that promise you the world but deliver nothing but hype, it takes a while to seperate the crap from the genuine money making opportunities.
