What are the best way to win the interviews??
Answer:
know the co. what they do, what they make, who really owns them. ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT IT
Wear good clothes: Yes, if you're male a sport coat and tie
Female business dress not above the knee
(Even if you're applying at a car wash always dress sharp, it shows respect for the interview.
70% eye contact, strong handshake (don't kill "em, but NO DEAD FISH handshakes)
Ask about Co. paid benefits, dental, medical, vac, time off, home emergency's, etc.
SALARY: Whan they ask you how much $ you made at your last jobs NEVER TELL, say it's a personal question, and that You would never ask anyone how much money they made last year, as it is very personal. (Always leave the spot blank on the application). When they ask on the application "salary range" always put "Negotiable". When they ask at the interview what you might expect to earn for a salary, you hit them with "I'm glad that you brought that up, WHAT ARE YOU OFFERING FOR THE POSITION" < this is standard interview answer, don't be afraid to say it, they expect it. Be clean, shaven, haircut, nails clipped, face interviewer, know something about the business. Hint: Look for personal things on the interviewer's desk, like a golf trophy, boat pic, etc. Say "Oh I see that you play Golf, I like Golf" even if you hate it ! be courtious, polite, (show good comm. skill). thank them BY name, send a thank you card for the interview, or phone call after 2 weeks. good luck ! Good hunting ! and listen to a "sharp as a tack Noo Yawkah" who's been on lots of interviews, and hooked some pretty cool jobs ;) Like the one I have now !
be honest and polite while answering .
