What is Business Casual Dresscode?
Answer:
Regardless of their dress code, YOU dress like you're going on an interview - professionally!
You really DO only get one chance to make a good impression and dressing like the interview is important sends a strong message to the interviewer.
I've interviewed thousands of people - and it is rare for someone to get a offer that under dresses for the interview.

Usually something like khakis and a nice polo type shirt if you're a guy. Just no jeans, some kind of nice, casual pant.
For men: slacks/khakis with dress shirt and belt along with dress shoes. No tie !
**Rule of thumb: always dress one step up for an interview than what is normally required. So in this case wear a tie.
I assume you are a guy!
Good Luck!
Most places this means pantsuits (or nice dress pants and blouse) for women and dress pants and casual NOT LOUD PRINTS shirts!@
business casual is a lot like what you see on PGA tour, except maybe a button down shirt instead of golf shirt.
for an interview I would wear a tie if a guy.
Actually I just experienced interviews with 2 companies , 5 interviews in total, not one person I met had a tie, but I did and yes, I did land one of the jobs
funny thing is, while still in the process, I ran into one of the managers out in the marketplace, bumped into each other at a mutual account. At this point I did not have a tie on, but was glad that I generally dress on the high end of business casual, you never know!
I am assuming you are a man, so you need to where a solid color dress shirt, slacks that fit (not too baggy or long), and a pair of shoes that correspond with the other items. A belt of course, and if you are going on an interview you should really consider a tie. Good luck.
Pant suit for women hair fixed less make up. men nice button down shirt or a polo with jacket looks nice, and kakai pants, or any knid but no jeans , well shaven maybe small go- tee. of course, hair short ot puilled back, both comforable shoes.Keep your self simple but nice. Look around at others see what they are wearing if hired. . Good luck Pem
I wouldn't go with anything less than slacks, solid color button down, and a tie. I always wear a suit however, better to dress up a level and showing up as an also ran.
