Anyone familiar with Flight Centre? What do they earn? Benefits?

I have just applied to Flight Centre and I want to know a little bit more about them.

Anyone out there in cyberspace know what their commision is? What about bonus structure? Any base pay? What type of travel discounts? If you or someone else you know has this info, or works at another travel agency, please let me know!

I'm trying to figure out if it is a legitimate career option or not. Big decisions. Thanks!
