what are the best courses to be done to increase emplyability in civil on leaving army at the age of 42yrs and settling down at pune. i have only done B COM. pl suggest. i should get job satisfaction and have a congenial working environment. what pay and perks can be expected.

If you major in Accounting CPA or CPS course would be the best. This way your will be certified. If your major was Management, combining Human Resource Management or Business Administration Higher Diploma would be the best way to do it. Otherwise I would suggest you do a Masters in your field and a Higher Diploma in Information Technology to have versetility in the industry.
