An ideal job for me?

Okay, I'm 14 and I've just been advised to work at Starbucks when I turn 16(since I love coffee and that). What are the benefits of working as a barista? What are the drawbacks?

Answer:
I've heard that Starbucks is a great employer to work for. Apparently even part-time employees get benefits. It seems like it would be a fun job if you think you'd be good at it. I know I personally wouldn't, because I would mix up all the drink orders and I wouldn't know what people were asking for and stuff.but that's just me, I get easily distracted lol. I say go for it when you turn 16!
A lot can change in 2 years, you could go from Goth or Hippy, to Punk and hate coffee all together.

PS-Even though it is 16 to work at Starbucks, they probably won't hire you until you are 18, unless you drop out of school of course!
I have a couple friends who work at starbucks. They have really great benefits such as health care and tuition reimbursement. One drawback is that you probably have to take the worst shifts when you start out. Morning shift can start at 4 am.
What do you do that makes you happy? what is your passion? If nothing else, if money, focus on what you want and never let the thought leave your mind. The answer will come.
