I don't know this for a fact, but I've heard that American residents don't get paid well while working on cruise ships. Not to mention, work is still work.you won't get to enjoy the perks of being on a cruise!

the girl who did my body wrap on our alaska cruise on ncl said this was the worst line to work for..her frineds on the other lines got paid more, more time off and not treated so baddly..try royal caribbean, princess, holland america, celebrity.look online.ncl is the bottom of the cruse line chain
