What would you find rewarding in a job?



Answers:
Klarity, I can only answer for myself, but I think a job that affords some kind of creatitivity and is challenging would be the most rewarding. And one where you can feel like you've accomplished something at the end of the day. You don't have to be a nurse in a pediatric cancer ward or something, but just a regular job where you are contributing and have some impact on the way things turn out.
I work in IT and support...so just helping people out and making the $$$$
