I agree with crispy, I think that the HR departments in alot of workplaces cause more stress because of the expectations they put on everyone.
I wouldn't depend on them to manage workplace stress.
By taking the entire HR department outside, lining them up against a wall, and issuing machine guns.
Human resourses is a company's pathetic way to make it look like they care. They offer bogus services where it looks like you can make a difference but you really can't.
