They are very particular about integrity, after the case a few years ago where one of their staff took money and gamble in Australia.
They will set you very difficult scenarios where you might just compromise on "doing the right thing" and go for sparing your best best friend. So the key is, don't answer truthfully, but pretend that you are.er.understand?
