So I got the job. Now what?

I figured out my union past was keeping me from getting hired. 4-5 wks ago, I filled out a job app @ company x. Last wk they put out a call for e-mail resumes. They offered me a job based on my "re-worked" e-mail resume. The hard copy desn't jibe with the e-mail resume. Am I gonna get canned when they find the 1st resume? What happened to it?

Answer:
They will probably call you in and ask you about the discrepancies. They should give you the chance to explain the differences. Work hard and maby they will see you for the excelent employee they want to keep reguardless of the differences between the 2.
It may backfire on you.
To be honest, if they seen your first one, then hired you based on your second resume, its there fault if they find the error later on.

They are the so called:"Proffesionals" let them deal with it. And if they say anything to you be honest with them. But all in all, they seen your resume's and.that tells you that either they don't pay attention or they were discriminating against you. And if you do get fired, print out both copies of your resume, take it to a lawyer, and see what kind of case you have. Just tell them the situation.
