Listen until you understand the problem
Ask questions to pinpoint what the exact problem is
Give definitive answers
"I don't know" is acceptable
Realize no matter how hard you try, you can't make everyone happy
Try to resolve each call if only to promise to send someone out
Follow though to make sure it was resolved
people will be rude to you - good luck!
be at work on time, bring your lunch, make sure your car is dependable, answer the phone, follow the rules, don't take rude people personally. anymore tips?
Is this an interview?
If so,tell them what you know and that you are a good driver and responsible.Ask if they have any literature on the products and that you would want to go over their products as soon as possible,that way putting the thought in their heads that you are already in the position.
