I've had a lot of experience over the past 3 years with this subject. I went through litereally 50+ different companies on the interent trying to make money while I was in college. People do but it can still be alot of work. The easiest way is to sell things online at craigslist.com or ebay.com or on amazon.com. The only real challenge is that alot of people are doing this and so you need to find your own special product. You can also do things like being a virtual assistant and do different types of small projects for a company.
