I took a drug test for a new job about a week ago. There was a small chance that i didn't pass (yes i smoked pot, although it was awhile ago). It would be really nice to know if i actually had a job. It might look bad if i call the company and ask if i passed and i don't think the place that does the drug test would tell me if i called. What should i do?

If pot was found in your system, then deny it and say it must be a mistake and ask for another test. that is as long as you have been clean.
Depending on how long it has been and the amount that is detected. Now that is if you did a pee test. If it is hair, then you're screwed. However, do not use the excuse "I was a party and people were smoking" or "I was in a car and people were smoking" The only way to test positive from a contact buzz is by 20 people in a phone booth smoking and you're the only one not. I would call to fall up on their decision but make no mention of the drug test
