What is the correct answer to "Do you think most people are honest? or have stolen something during their life. or is telling a white lie wrong?"
Does anyone know who makes these tests and how they judge them?

Answer:
Their are usually no set correct answers in these test. The test are usually set up to see how well you can think when asked a question you are not necessarily ready for. Do you think most poeple are honest? A reasonable reply would be something along this line. I realize that their are honest & dishonest poeple. I will do my best to figure out if a person is honest or dishonest during my employment for you. Never lie on an application even a white lie. You will be found out eventually and can be dismissed because of it. Sell them on your ability to be the best person they could ever want for the job. On the part of stealing something during your life? Did you wind up in court or did you steal a piece of candy as a child? You have to use some discreasion here. If you went before a judge you had better tell them right up front & you have seen the error of your ways & it won't happen here. The test are draw up usually by personnel managers suited to each individual companies requirements and to test your knowledge of task required.
How are they judged?
Here is how most companies will judge you.
1)Your experience and credentials
2) Your answers to their test.
3) Your personality. Can you work well & fit in with our existing employees & company objectives.
4) Your appearance keep in mind this is the first thing they see. If you go to an interview looking like a circus freak don't count on getting the job. Loose the eyebrow, lip, and excessive ear rings & big nose rings.
ie> Depending on what type of job you are appling for. You might want to wear a suit to the interview if the job is a dress up job. Don't dress like a slob. This is the biggest part of most interviews more poeple blow interviews on this part than any other. You could be the best person for a job and not get it just because of your attitude & appearance.
