"Human Resources" Question?
There was this one time where she poked me really hard with her finger asking me a question like "why are you doing that?" Can she touch me like that?
And about the HR thing can I tell them are they the right people to tell? But would it make me look bad and would they want to fire me because i told on a higher level person? Like if HR officer and the assistent manage were friends or something?
I really do like my job but I really want to do something about this manager but I'm scared what should I do?

Go to the HR Dept. That is why they are there. You can expect not to be physically attacked nor be fearful of your superior. Whether anything is done about it is another matter. Life is not fair. Put your concerns including times and dates into a letter form when you present it to the HR Dept. If you find the situation is not resolved present your facts again with the times and dates that the behavior is not resolved to a person in higher authority. Good luck. In the mean time explore other employment options.
The whole company might be filled with jerks and you could find a happier place someplace else. If you are good, there are other companies that would treat you better.
Your best bet is to confront the problem directly. Tell the asst mgr you want to do well in your job, but she's not helping. And there's to be no more poking.
If your first reaction is to run to HR, you're admitting you give up at the first sign of trouble. Try to solve the problem yourself. If that doesn't work and the manager is still making your life difficult, then you can go to HR and tell them you at least tried to solve it yourself.
Look...if your company is a good company as you claim & you enjoy your job and is a dedicated worker...why are you such a mickey mouse when you face your assitant manager?
Be straight.be brave..be honest.be blunt..go and confront that axxhole and tell her why you don't appreciate the way she handles you!
After you have told her off.and if she doesnt change..or get worse by victimizing you..go straight to her boss. and spill the beans on her.
