I have been out of work for a long long time about 7 months and have appied for jobs like kitchen hands but all the adds say they only want experienced people! why is this?.

because no matter the position, you must work very fast in a kitchen.
Try applying in other jobs. Jobs in the food service industry are tiring and stressful.
