What's the Important things in your CV ?
Answer:
In my humble experience "Work related skills" at the end of the day the employer only wants to know if you can do the job, If he/she knows for example you can use this program to design that road, he/she doesn't care what project you worked on in your last job, what your address is or that you went to the best Uni (but do include those other things), just don't include interests or career objectives, those CV's always hit the paper bin for filing ; )
PS - just dint BS too much on your work skills, cos that is what the 3 month probation is for ; )
They make best cv's i made mine thru them,

Most important is your practical experience. Is it directly relevant to the job you want? And how much of it do you have? Second would be your education.
1) Personal Details
2) Education
3) Professional education , if any, or affiliations
4) Work Experience
these are very important, and then of course, have 2-3 good references ready also :)
