Is there a way to get a copy of your own employment history for the past 10 years?

An application is asking for my employment, education and unemployment history for the past 10 years. I'm in the process of moving and can't find all of my records at the moment - and my memory isn't as sharp as I thought it was.

Answer:
You can contact the Social Security office and ask for a employment history from them. They will go all the way back to when you had your first job. They will have employer names and dates. But no address's or phone numbers. You could try asking your family and friends if they remember your past jobs. If you have not had to many they should be able to help.
Good Luck.
Yes ur sharp memory.
try the social security office
Just write what you remember.
I have been through this myself and unfortunately found that the only way is to research it yourself ! You can telephone the unemployment office and ask for a copy of all dates that you claimed unemployment. You can also contact the tax office and get a list of the records they hold on you ( data protection laws) but these will take 7-14 days
