Here come all the scammers with their websites, looking for a way to break the no soliciting rules.
But of course that's the reason you posted the question, right?
if you have time you can answer some simple surveys and make cash, they have some that take forever but i do the short two page and i earn a little extra spending money, plus if you refer someone to cashcrate you can also make money off of them by like a comission or something its free and easy give it a shot!

Small Towns have small businesses. Someone needs your help somewhere. If you want to find something to do to make extra money, I am sure you can.
People are making money from small towns today on eBay. Go out and find unique items and put them up for sale. Set up a business in your community to help others sell on eBay. This is just an example, which I am sure many hate, but you would be surprised what you can find in a small town that people in the BIG CITY would want to buy.
Get creative. Let the juices flow. It does not take that much money to start something small and as you grow, remember to keep it small town and personal. That is what got you there.

Is there anything you are specialized? If any, you could start a website or a web-blog, you could make money with putting advertisements on your site (by google). If someone clicks on these ads, you will earn money.
If you don't have a website, you may start creating web-blogs (mostly free) with advertisements (google ads) on it.

i don't think there are easy money for no hard work. perhaps you can setup a website and to earn money through google adsense, this don't need any lisense.
