Help on the hiring process! I had 3 intervews and all of them went well.?

I interviewed for a position at a pharmaceutical company on May 4th and I still have not heard anything. And as of today its been over 3 weeks. I emailed the HR lady and she told me that they are still interviewing people and due to scheduling reasons they have not decided on who to hire, that was over a week ago I got that email. Should I email her back? Should I be worried I might not get the job? Is this normal for big companies to do this?

Answers:
I would wait a little while. I recently got a job after a 2.5 month interview process. I was at the point where I didn't care and just wanted to hear either way and then I got it. If you've had three interview your probably one of 2 or 3 they are trying to decide on. I don't know why they take so long sometime but they do. It's good that you showed interest but not be annoying
You might not get the job. But do not worry- just keep trying
Although not ideal, recruiting processes can be slow for all sizes of companies. As an HR professional, I would suggest that in another week you send a hand-written letter reiterating your interest. Keep it short and simple. Let them take it from there. Good luck!
Yes it's part of the filtering process. And since you have had 3 interviews, that should be a good thing. Yes you can email back the HR lady cause she is not the one doing the hiring, the people interviewing you are. The HR lady is just processing paper work and it takes forever. If you even want to email or call the person who is hiring you to get a feel that you are or are not going to get the job, this way you are not just waiting for this one job and wasting time while you can be interviewing for another job.
No need to email her again. If she finds you a suitable candidate for the position, she will inform you. Up to now there has not been any candidate who has really impressed her. Do not worry as it is not necessary, you might not get the job. Big companies normally keep their candidates informed of when to expect to get interview results. Good luck!
