I am confused regarding my career after 12 guide me is it worth toin medical college with heavy donation?

See Ishrat a career in medicine is always good,for not only because doctors are always going to be in demand,but also because there is nothing that can give more satisfaction than bringing a sick man back to health.
As for the donation;well it depends on various factors,such as:-How much is the donation,how rich is your family,what is the reputation of the college in which u r getting admission,is the donation commensurate with the reputation of the college etc.
However it is my considered opinion that if the amount of doantion is not such that it affects the finances of your family adversely and it is a well known medical college,you should go ahead.
if you believe that you have the potential to be a good doctor,that you can study hard to be a good doc then go ahead.but knowing the fact that you are going to get admission thro' the backdoor,i can understand that you don't have that thing in you,i.e. you will not be able to work that hard(you haven't done that till now).so better try something else.there's a lot to be done, i mean a lot of options other than mbbs are available.
no not exactly..you can go for Biotech degree..its in high demand.. u can join good companies after this or you can go for physiotherapy even
If u have the courage and passion to pursue it and also if u believe that u can complete that, then go ahead. Otherwise try with any engineering degree.*

You should not fall in a rat race for medicine.
First ask yourself the most important question and answer it very honestly.
*How interested am I in becoming a doctor? Is it only for the prestige or will I really like to cure patients
the rest of my life?
If your answer is " No, I am not much interested in patients"
then you should forget medicine and look inside you
for what your passion in life is.
If your answer is an honest "Yes, I'd love to cure patients"
then you should look at your parents' finances and decide whether they can really afford it. If they can , then go ahead.
If they cannot, look for scholarships or other means.

I m one of those thousands who are toiling not for a UG medical seat but for a PG seat after being in a struggle for 6 years and then 2 more years after finishing UG, and nit yet settled.
The medical carrier is really a tough one probably the toughest of all. Its not just over if you get a medical seat after 12th by your marks or money or so, its how are you are going to be after joining that matters. The competition prevailing now you just cant stop with mbbs, have to try for a pg then study it 3 yrs and if needed another superspeciality for another 3 yrs more. All through this time you need to be focussed, to have patience and work hard and even then only few of those succeed. So think many times.. "medicine is not a field to earn" if you have that real interest to serve you can choose, but if want a jolly earning life it is not a field to do so. take a good decision. bye

What I want to share with you is that, I am a doctor and work for phrmaceutical companies as advisor for thier marketing campaigns, I reallly did not need a job for extra income , still when I came across this , I thought of giving it a try as they asked for money which was not even 100 rupees and I thought that if does not work out, then I would think, chalo bhai, Had a cofee in barista... what else.
But, they were really supportive, gave me insights to promote, to work, were available on mail and instant messaging and sounded authentic.. I tried it and now I am making good amount of extra income .
May be you can give it a shot, remember its just a cappucino at barista :)
