Has anyone every heard of a 24/7 daycare?
Answer:
I live in Las Vegas and there are alot of 24/7 daycare's here but the parents are limited to the amount of hours per week they leave there children cuzz you know some parents would just have there kids living there.lol I don't know how you would go about doing that but you should contact the licensing board where you live they will let you know if it is possible to do that and what you need . good luck
I've seen one's that are open 5am to midnite. Never a 24/7 one though.
Only for the elderly
Wow.I don't know about that. How would you stay up 24-7 for all shifts of kids? You'd have to have quite a big operation so that you could employ others to help out.but I have never heard of one like this before so maybe you're thinking in the right direction.Good luck!
closest thing I thought of was mum staying at home..that is a good idea in that people's scheduales are not all the same.
yeah, it's called "adoption."
I don't know of a daycare that runs 24/7 because whoever works in daycare center is just strangers taking care of someone's child because neither parent is home to take care of that child. Think about the child and how the child feels if their mommy and daddy are never home for them and letting a stranger take their place. That child would feel unloved becuase the parent was never home, so I think it is a lousy idea.
we have a day care here in Houston that is 24 hours. I dont know how it is run but I know its there cause its up the road from me.
Yes, I have 16 years of daycare experience. It's a good idea because some people works second and thrid shifts and they be looking for places like that. That's an good business to go into. Good Luck!
