Do you think I should hide the resume'?

My boss and I aren't getting along to well. A resume' came in the mail today should I hide it? The person has 1 year experience and I have 26.

Answer:
nopes i dont think u shud hide it.

no matter hw muuch u and u boss hv been at all odds. he wil stil prefer ur exprience to work in his firm.
trash it
Don't worry about it
I woudln't hide it, becuase if the boss found it you would lose it trust, and it sounds like you have more experience. Though if also depends on if you plan to leave for another jo b.
No, you shouldn't. If you do, you risk the person who sent the resume contacting your boss by any other means (since there was no answer) and if someone discovers or even suspects you did it, it may mean the end for you.
If it to replace your position you dont have to hide it because the position is not open to fill so I would file it away - in the trash!
It depends on several things. Were you meant to open the mail or not? Is experience important in your position? Do you know for a fact that your boss is recruiting behind your back? And most importantly, Why are you and your boss not getting along?
.
If you are always late to work, you're fired no matter what.
burn it and pi$$ on the ashes
No..do not trash it. But stay on your toes.

You do not want to be caught doing something deceitful. The person could call and check on the status (or could possibly know someone)

I wouldn't make sense to sacrifice you for the inexperienced person; however, you should always be prepared.
file a sexual harassment suit, then become the boss, or find a new job
It doesn't sound like the guy in the resume could compete with you on the job anyway. You shouldn't feel threatened by it. On the other hand, if you were to trash the resume and your boss somehow found out, you would totally get fired, or at least written up or something. Just go ahead and let the boss see the dude's resume. If he's smart he won't hire him, or at least he won't replace you with him. You've got nothing to worry about.
I don't think so.
If it doesn't work, it doesn't work.
I know your going to put a thumbs down to this message, but maybe you and your boss don't get along b/c you come across as a very unethical person. That resume means somebody needs a job and it's not your decision to make. If you are that insecure in your position perhaps you should seek employment elsewhere.
No give it to him. Your a bigger person than that. Well are you?
