David Cameron has been talking about SUBSTANCE - shouldn't he also be concerned with what's NORMAL & NATURAL ?
natural than a FATHER wanting the best for his and other children.
A normal HETROSEXUAL married man who's not phyiscally or mentally handicapped, but nonetheless is unemployed and had the audacity to be self-employed previously, whose wife has a full time job - is NOT eligible to receive unemployment benefit or EVEN a clothing allowance for job interviews !
But David Cameron's in favour of SAME SEX Civil Ceremonies - people who'll never be able to produce children NATURALLY!
MY question is this - hasn't he got his priorities wrong ?
Along with sorting out the National Health Service - shouldn't he be helping normal hetrosexual, able-bodied men to find work and allow them unemployment benefit and not penalise them for being married ? ONE GROUP MAKES BABIES - THE OTHER DOESN'T - is normal wrong now then ?
Answer:
It's part of the political correctness issue. Sociologically, no one person can define 'normal' for there are many variants to the term and all are based upon a single person's ideal.
As for one man advocating for a specific group, there have been more out-spoken entities regarding various cultural groups other than the white, married, heterosexual male. I've seen the million man march for the rights of the blacks, immigrants march for their rights, gay pride day and gay parades, women liberation movements, and certain religions fighting for their freedoms and rights, but I have not seen a group of white, heterosexual males fight for anything other than a political office or on a picket line. (KKK does not count.)
Maybe it's time the true discriminated males stand together and fight for their rights, so long as it does not begin to impose the domineering, egotistical attitudes that they once possessed in the past. If you feel you're rights are being violated and that you are being discriminated against, do something about it. (You could probably start producing an income through charter memberships for your non-profit organisation just like they do. Numbers talk, both financially and in votes.) Other Questions and Answers:
