How do i face a panel interview on bankking jobs?

i have just been invited for a chat with a recruiting firm on baking job opportunities. i have worked for some one and half years in a bank before and just got another opportunity in the same bank which i took up on contract for the past 2 months but banking has drastically changed. i need hints how best i can prepare to get my dream job which will like give me a better sense of belonging.

Answer:
BE YOUR SELF

You got the job the first time, so they have seen your work. Go in and answer the questions the best you can, be you. Be honest and smile alot. You seem to know what you are doing so be confident and get the job!

Good Luck!
I devoted almost twenty years to Citibank and have little to show for it.

I held all kinds of jobs there.

I went from Rack clerk to all levels of teller to assistant supervisor to customer service rep. and then finally out the door.

When do you know when you've reached a dead end?

When they put you in with a herd of people and give you silly tasks to do. That might be because they are in the process of automating your job, so the ax comes next.

If they tell you to get licensed to sell securities, and you don't listen, then you will eventually become redundant and be let go.

If you get licensed and screw up, out the door you go.

When you screw up royally, you run the risk of getting hired by another banking company (I've seen where some former co-workers were caught stealing and now work for another bank).

So, go ahead, screw up big time, and maybe you get recognized that way.

That happened to Frank Quattrone. He's been in all kinds of hot water, and now is making a comeback.

All bank screw-ups made it big anyway.

Little people in banking wind up like me, working for the Postal Service.
