If you are someone who loves their job, what makes you passionate about your work?

What advice would you give to someone who is in a relatively secure job that pays well, but is not happy?

Answers:
I find satisfaction when deadlines loom and breaking a sweat to reach said deadlines is challenging at best.
There is a rush in racing against time and beating the clock.
Yeah, Baby!
Adrenaline and team effort to the rescue!
I would tell the person to do an honest assessment of what makes them happy and then move in that direction subtly by floating resumes.
The reason people wind up in good paying jobs they hate is because they like the salary sound, ca-ching and don't really know what they WANT TO DO.
I thnk a person has to find out what they WANT to do and the money will follow after they've paid their dues.
I save lives. Find your passion, don't settle for less, you would always regret it. Get more schooling if you need to. Do whatever it takes to follow your dream, and don't let anyone stop you.
I LOVE my job ... I am now working from home and able to put my kids first, job second.
Working outside the house doesnt give anyone that option.

I make more part time, then I did full time .. Yep, Life is good!
I take Pride in my work.
