When they ask you about your weaknesses and your strenghts? I had an interview today and I had no idea about what to reply...! I don't use to psychoanalise myself at work... or should I?

Don't say my weaknesses are say "The items i need to work on are:" Make generalized statements such as "sometimes i try to take on to much and need to manage my time better" "sometimes i try to do all my work ahead of schedule and place to much stress on myself" turn your "weaknesses" into items that make you appear to be too hard working
Create your weakness w/ a positive spin. "I tend to be competitive, and I like to be the best at what I do - sometimes this gets in the way, but I am learning to control it".
