How do I become a leader? I want to grow in my job and take higher level positions, but I'm afraid to make
Answer:
There are both born and made leaders. If you don't have leadership qualities at present, it is possible to gain them through experience. Find someone that you think is a great leader, and learn from example. You may even want to ask them to give you some advice on what makes a great leader. The main thing to remember is that leaders will make mistakes, and you should not be afraid to make them. To me, a good leader will always take charge and will take responsibility for his/her group, no matter what the outcome.
Take courage, think things through, and do what feels best.
You might make a good "political" type leader. One British Prime Minister said "I am their leader so I must follow them".
In otherwords be a good listener & learn what ideas are popular. Go with your stengths not you weaknesses.
leaders are born as leaders
