Contact your state employment commission. They can point you in the right direction. It is against the law to withhold a person's salary.
well if it is a local company and there is no other above that person then i would either talk to your boss and say i have not recieved my paycheck that i worked for. If you do not give me a reason why i don't have my paycheck i will have to report you to the Better Bus buro and conntact my attoerny...

tell them your willing to work something out if they don't have the funds but they need to open the doors of communication first so your not just sitting there working and not getting anything in return!

had a check that bounced on me once.. they guy sort of new about it! and paid my bounced check fee as well needless to say he let me go after we talked he said his business was going under and he didn't want to deal with it alone! so instead of me working with him i just stopped in and helped out for like 1 hr out of my day! he was happy and still cut me another check!
