Which career have the best job outlook for the future:electrical engineering or lawyers?

Answer:
Let me give you a quick test. Pull out the Yellow Pages and look up Lawyers. Count all the 2 and 3 line listings. Then, look up Engineers - Electrical and count them. If you are in a moderate to large city, you will see a REAL difference in the numbers. (Many more lawyers will little free ads.)

There is no doubt, some lawyers make a lot of money, but, as some have said in answers to other questions, it takes a while to climb that ladder.

An Electrical Engineer has the same amount of schooling as a lawyer (somewhat) but comes right out of school making the big bucks.

I would sure lean toward engineering unless you have some really good family contacts that can move you up quickly in a law firm.
Depends on where you live and the demand for needs, but i would say more so lawyers than electrical engineers. However civil engineers would give lawyers more of a run for their money.
