In England, it is hugely profitable, but you need to be doing it for a long enough time to have a solid reputation and have clients come to you.the short term gains are not necessarily fantastic as they are at the mercy of the land regulations which change over time.to have a land bank and sit on it for a period of time, is just printing money, if you can afford to tie your cash up for that long!!
