I actually look pretty good on paper, my debt rate is low and my assets are growing

I think I look great on paper. Good grades in college, good work expirience, good credentials, work-related clubs/groups, of course.cedit wise is another story!

Before “settling down” I did regional theater AND I have not quite finished my Bachelor’s degree (need 7 cr.) so my work history is all over the place. I have skills, but employers like to see stability within a career path often. I have done okay, though because of temping and proving myself by going the extra mile, coming in early, staying late, and volunteering for every little project that will help me stand out. I was hired full time after temping for a year at this place and the job was only supposed to be a day spot…
I have also really tried to perfect the “related skills” resume where you list your abilities first and make your work history, etc secondary.
it doesn't matter how i look on paper.
brilliant. good experience, wide array of applicable positions, supervisory experience, program management, etc etc
Good schools, good philanthropy work.
Overlapping jobs at times causes confusion (i.e. day job, night internship running during the same timeframe)
