My employment has been terminated. The company has images of me on its website. Are they allowed this now?
Answer:
they can use them if you agreed to them using them at any time in the past,
if they are naughty send me a copy and i will tell you if they are worth fighting for..lol ha ha.
seriously if they bought them af you via a contact agreement, they technically belong to them unless you copy righted them,
what i can not understand is why they would sack such a gorgeous girl as you in the first place

I'm not an attorney, but I'd guess that they can use those all they want. You were employed there at the time they were produced. As long as they're not trying to embarass you, they may be legally allowed to do it.
Good question, and good luck with the next job.
unless you signed a consent for when they made the video. I think you can request all your photos back if no consent was signed.
I doubt you have any rights, I'm sure they would have covered this in your contract.
Yes they can. They own the images.
Unless you signed something when you hired in about permission to use your photo or images for websites or films I don't think they should be allowed to use them at all now. If you did sign a release form then an attorney might be able to help you get out of it. Either way, an attorney normally does a free consultation, so I would check with them on this matter. Good luck!
Did you give the concent in the first place. If you signed a waiver i am not sure you can do anything.
yes they can unfortunately. In your contract of employment there is a standard clause of image and copyright, which means that they can display images of you whenever they want and anything you invent while in their employ is theirs by default
Did you sign a release giving the company rights to post your pictures? It may not be easy for you if you did. Call the ACLU.
