In your opion, you have just lost your middle managment job. Outline a to follow in trying to get a new job.?

Answer:
First off, if you are from another country and so not speak english, then I apologize for the first half of this answer.

In my opinion - what does that mean, r u fired or not?

what is a to follow??

I would suggest that for your own survival not just in the work world but in life, you should take an english course.

secondly , if you are trying to say that u lost your job and need a plan (and let me tell u if this is what u are tyring to say then you had no business being in middle management)

plan:
1) get to unemployment/employment office for money
2) get to unemployment/employment office for counselling
3) make a list of your skills, experience and education , otherwise know as a resume
4) make a list of companies that can use your skills, experience and education
5) hit the internet, use job boards, use company web sites and utilize any and all of your contacts that you know

Good Luck (you may need it)
Monster , Yahoo Hotjobs, Careerbuilder are some of the largest job boards, where you can apply for jobs and upload your resume. Since Craigslist, allows free job postings, many smaller companies post their vacancies on this online classifieds website. You can also search for jobs from multiple websites using aggregators like SimplyHired and Indeed. Referrals are also becoming a increasingly popular way to get hired.
