I feel my profile fits in well to the company's requirements.i'm a hard worker and fit in well with teams and have the qualities of initiating the work thus leading my team.i easily adapt myself to new environments.have the zeal to learn new things and develop new things in my field of work

If I am qualified, talented, smart enough with a cool mind, I’m an asset to any organization that takes me up. If I can handle tasks single handedly, know my job fields clear and can increase the productivity of the company.., then why should one have problem in taking me as an employee??!! :-)
Now, your second question: Pleasing the interviewer is not a tuff task. Any interviewer may look into the following things;
Costumes: NO dark, NO dull (like grey) when it comes to your top. (I think you are a female…) So, drape yourself in bright hues (if it would suit your mood, skin tone etc.). Make yourself appealing to yourself. Wear light make-up!!
Body language: Walk the distance gently while moving in & out. Accept the seating offered and sit perfectly fitting into the chair. Maintain your back in an erect position. Look straight into their eyes and speak out with a bit of smile.
Communication: Speak out whatever you want to speak. Don’t make-it funny! Don’t make comments. Deliver your words in normal, polite way! Never hesitate to say a ‘Don’t know’! (You should not speak on a topic in which you are not good.) Present yourself smart! Hear whatever they say and then give your answer! Be sure that you are in no way interrupt when they talk. When they stop you while speaking, give way for them and keep listening to what they say! And see.., if you have more than one panelist, make your eye contact to everyone. Equate and make it..! Never look at a single person and talk for more time-periods!
So as you enter you just smile at everyone before taking your seat! And when you leave jus getup and make your eye contact to everyone (with a pinch of smile) and leave the place swiftly!
All this would do perfect for others to think you are the best!
Approach with confidence! Think the interviewers are someone to test your unmatchable abilities!! Think they are no one. Have fun!! (But! all inside your heart!) ALL THE BEST!!
