You could say this : Well I am so obsessed with alcohol that I couldn't give a ** what you think.
Lie a bit by saying "I need to improve my attitude on being a workaholic". "I am always driven in perfecting a task and sometimes, I neglect my personal life".

I think you need to carefully consider what you believe some of your weaknesses are. You may feel that you want to improve on your conflict resolution skills or time management skills. I would suggest though with your answer that you can demonstrate that you have researched this topic as you genuinly want to rectify this area of weakness. This will show initiative and drive.
