My job @ Ford Motor Co. is ending January 1,2007. How can I apply for Allison Transmission or Rolls-Royce?

If they are local, contact those companies and ask them about their hiring procedure. You also could mail your resume to the two companies and explain that your job with Ford on the first of next year.

Many large (and small) companies post their job openings on the internet at monster.com . You can post your resume on monster.com also.

Better get busy now because there probably will be lots of other Ford employees in the same boat. Good luck with your job situation!
