I'm trying to get out of the legal field (I have a JD) and into management.?
Answer:
Good Evening My Friend.
What a great question. I can completelyrelate to your situation, as I have been through the exact situation.
One thing that I have learned is that there is value in formal education and I certainly recommend it to all of my clients and students, however the philosophy that is taught in law school hardly gives one the ability to start to really think "Outside of the Box"
So, what I did, was start a company. That is how Western Capital was started www.mycollector.com
Now that I am not accountable to a State Bar Association, I am free to really help people with their issues without restrictions.
For instance, we are currently performing a very large scale investigation into a company based in Illinois called International Profit Associates and its CEO John Burgess. When the whole matter is completed, we will have helped thousands of American Businesses and made millions of dollars in the process.
This, my friend is thinking outside of the box!

No way you're a lawyer. If so, you'd know what to do. Silly question.
I don't look stupid in my answer. You look stupid in your question.

Maybe you can't get a job because you're not qualified.
Obvious question, but do you have any management experience?
If all else fails, you may want to consider working on an MBA.
