What are the advatages and disadvantages of become a license practical nurse?

LPN's can make nurses aids carry the bedpans, PRN. But RN's can still make LPN's carry the bedpans, pee are in.

you will have more oppurtunities and better pay.
1 step closer to a RN. I'd rather be a RN then just a LPN. LPN's get all the grunt work.
Just passed state boards & am very happy I took the LVN route, it's not a easy course you have to dedicate yourself for a year, same goes for RN, so if you can't afford to spend every waking moment on school, think about doing something else. The other comments are right as well
