What's a good reason to give for leaving a job?

Although my new job will consist of the same type of duties, I feel that I have outgrown my current position and its' environment, so what should I say on my interview as for my reason for leaving? I can't tell them that I was bored to death! Please help..interview tomorrow!!

I WOULD SAY THAT YOU FEEL THAT YOU HAVE OUTGROWN THE JOB AND THAT YOU FEEL THERE IS NO ROOM FOR GROWING WITHIN THE COMPANY, SO YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXPLORE OTHER OPPORTUNITIES. IT HAS WORKED FOR ME !! GOOD LUCK
Tell them that you feel you have outgrown your current position and that you see no potential advancement opportunities that you want to pursue.
Tell the truth, give a two week notice so it will not go against you in the long run. But the trueh is always BEST

You can say that you have outgorwn the company and you are looking to spread your roots elsewhere! Just tell themn that you are looking fot a company to grow with. Or they may not ask.
